To gain access to quality database information, often it takes several steps to get “credentialed” with the company providing the information. This can be a long process and often ends in being denied access.
I became “credentialed” by a third-party database supplier that has access to 3 different high quality databases. As a condition of access to this information, there is a yearly requirement to pass a test showing proficiency in understanding the compliance requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
